On August 23, 2007, GreatDomains closed its second live auction powered by Sedo. This auction had increased participation and even more bidders from more than 35 different countries around the world. Not only has GreatDomains seen more bidders but they’ve also experienced more sales than the introductory auction last month, with 22 domains meeting or exceeding the reserve. Some notables domain sales include lifts.com at $67,000 and dental.net and queries.com both selling for $21,500.
Sedo acquired GreatDomains, an online platform for buying and selling premium domain names in June, 2007. This was the second of a series of live Premium Auction Events held on the third Thursday of every month at GreatDomians.
